Language

In the menu: ⚙ → Language (the Display group, on the first screen; the row shows the language in use).

Some games have translations. ⚙ → Language lists them, each in its own language (Tiếng Việt, English, 日本語…) next to Original, the game as its creator made it. The one in use has a highlight.

Picking another restarts the game, because the game reads its text once at start-up: progress since your last save is lost, so save first. The choice is remembered in this browser; your saves do not depend on it, so a save made in one language opens in another.

A translation can be partial. Whatever it does not cover (a picture with text drawn on it, a message nobody translated) shows in the original. Some sites start everyone in one language and have no Language entry, as chosen by the person who set up the game. Setup: Translations.
