Report a problem

⚙ → Help → Report a problem (also on the game's error screen) shows the latest errors, the audio state and the sound files that failed to load. Copy report and send it to whoever set up the game, with what you were doing. It has no email or save data.

Check first whether the problem also happens in the desktop version of the game: only then is it the game's own bug.

Game files on this device

The browser keeps the game's pictures, sounds and data, so the next launch does not download them again (useful over 4G). ⚙ → Help → Game files on this device shows how many are kept, how much space they take and how much is left. Clear frees that space: the files download again as you play. Saves are not touched.

To have all of them on the device, use ⚙ → Play offline.

A phone may also drop them on its own when it is short of space, or (iPhone) after some weeks without opening the game. Nothing is lost: they download again.
